Abstract:To address such issues as information silos, weak universality of prefabricated components, and difficulties in collaborative management in domestic prefabricated building projects, a one-stop prefabricated full-process collaborative cloud platform based on Building Information Modeling (BIM) is constructed. This platform is based on WebGL technology, browser/server (B/S) architecture, integrating standardized prefabricated component family libraries, smart site management modules, and contactless installation accuracy inspection technology, connecting all parties involved via the internet. Application results show that this cloud platform achieves closed-loop management of the whole life cycle of prefabricated buildings from design, production, transportation, construction to operation & maintenance, and demolition, significantly improving project construction efficiency and efficiently integrating information resources. This platform has been successfully applied in practical engineering projects, validating the feasibility of BIM and internet technologies in the whole life cycle management of prefabricated buildings. The results can provide technical references for digital management of similar projects.
