    某新建泵站工程地质条件复杂,基坑底至桩承台开挖深度达7.60m,存在厚层杂填土与淤泥,且地下水变幅大、补给源充足,支护方案的选择对工程控制造价至关重要。为优选支护方案,本文对SMW工法(地下连续墙及引孔灌注桩+高压旋喷桩)复合支护方案进行了技术经济对比分析。工程实践表明:该复合支护体系有效解决了深厚区超深难题,兼顾了钻孔灌注桩的受力刚柔与高压旋喷桩的止水帷幕效果。本次成果可为类似不良地质条件下泵站深基坑的支护选型、方案比选及施工措施制定提供实践借鉴。

    Abstract:

    The engineering geological conditions of a newly constructed pump station are complex, with the maximum excavation depth of the foundation pit reaching 7.60 m to the pile cap. The site contains thick layers of miscellaneous fill and silt, as well as significant variations in groundwater levels and developed karst features. Therefore, the selection of the support scheme is crucial for controlling the project cost. To optimize the support scheme, a technical and economic comparative analysis of the SMW method, underground diaphragm walls, and the composite support scheme of "bored cast-in-place piles + high-pressure jet grouting piles" is conducted. Engineering practice has demonstrated that this composite support system has successfully addressed the construction challenges in karst areas, combining the support stiffness of bored cast-in-place piles with the watertight barrier effect of high-pressure jet grouting piles. The results can provide practical reference for the selection of support types, scheme comparison, and construction measures for deep foundation pits at pump stations under similar adverse geological conditions.
