    在地铁深基坑与大直径污水管道交叉工程中,传统施工方法面临结构风险及渗水问题,亟需研发高效可靠的施工技术。文章依托某轨道交通工程实例,提出封堵围护一体化技术,详细阐述了该技术的施工工序与关键参数,重点对比并分析了封堵围护一体化围护桩与一般围护桩在基坑深度范围内的变形特征。监测结果显示:应用技术后封堵处实现零渗水,封堵位置桩体最大变形为8.9 mm,全基坑深度范围桩体最大变形控制在39.6 mm。研究结果表明:该技术不仅有效解决了传统管道封堵后的渗水难题,而且通过管道与土体间的摩擦力对围护结构施加反向约束,显著减小了围护桩变形量并提升了整体稳定性。该技术在保障管道封堵质量与基坑开挖安全方面效果显著,具有较高的工程实用性与推广价值。

    Abstract:

    In the crossing projects of subway deep foundation pits and large-diameter sewage pipelines, it is crucial to develop an efficient and reliable construction technique to address the structural risks and water seepage issues associated with traditional methods. Based on a rail transit engineering case, this paper proposes an integrated plugging and retaining construction technology. The construction procedures and key parameters of this technology are elaborated, with a focus on the comparative analysis of deformation characteristics between the integrated retaining piles and conventional retaining piles within the foundation pit depth. Monitoring results indicate that after applying this technology, zero water seepage was achieved at the plugging location. The maximum pile deformation at the plugging position was 8.9 mm, and the maximum pile deformation across the full depth of the foundation pit was controlled within 39.6 mm. The study shows that this technology not only effectively resolves the water seepage problem associated with traditional pipeline plugging but also utilizes the friction between the pipeline and the surrounding soil to exert a counteracting force on the retaining structure. This significantly reduces the deformation of the retaining piles and enhances their stability. The technology demonstrates remarkable effectiveness in ensuring the quality of pipeline plugging and the safety of foundation pit excavation, holding high practical and promotional value for engineering applications.
